Japanese Sense of Humor – Okite

Okite alarm app is an embarrassing way to wake up in the morning. Or that’s what they’re hoping you’ll feel. For all of us who love our snooze button, well, we might want to steer away from Okite. Everytime you hit your snooze button on your cell, Okite will send an embarrassing tweet about you with #okite attached (so you can see just how bad you and the app were).

Simply set your alarm like you always do in your cell, choose male or female for conversation, and go to sleep. If you hit your snooze, then Okite does the rest with embarrassing comments. Though I’m not sure that whether there are only tailor-made comments (e.g. “I guess I wanted to be a stewardess after all”), or if unique ones can be submitted. Though why anyone would submit a comment that might come back to them while they snooze? There doesn’t seem to be a set list of comments, so who knows what might get blurted out. hmmm, I guess that we better wake up on time if we’re planning to use Okite! Find out more from the Apple App store.
