It’s actually a long-exposure shot taken by photographer AppuruPai of Japan’s first fully computer-operated New Transit Yurikamome line that connects Shimbashi to Toyosu, as it passes through Odaiba Island and the Rainbow Bridge, to connect to the rest of Japan’s mainland.
