NatGeo Makes A House Go Up

If you’ve seen the Pixar movie, Up, then you’ll be familiar with this scene. National Geographic wanted to make this movie a reality, and set about making it happen with a huge crew of experts ranging from balloon pilots to scientists. And during this feat, they actually set a new world’s record for the largest balloon cluster flight ever attempted. Not bad for a day’s (well more than 1 for sure) work! Congrats, Nat Geo. You’ve got a very beautiful view from your windows – I would love to be one of those pilots! And this also proves that if you love flying, you’ll do whatever’s necessary to get back up into the sky.

If you want to see more about the story, check out their blog post on the project.
