We heard the news that changed our lives forever on 10/5/2011. It wasn’t great news (see 10/5 post below). It was awful because we lost a great inspiration for us all. Whatever anyone says about him personally, the man changed our world forever. His words at the Stanford Commencement address spoke to us even more about never losing our dreams. His story spoke to us because he took the hard road that had so many holes. And he came through them because he never lost sight of his dreams.
The video above is another image to cherish, as lost footage found always is, because it was the start of a new friendship for many of us. PC or MAC, it doesn’t really matter (well, except to the user), because they both help us to reach our dreams using our own hands as we create our destiny. My computer is my creative extension that I cherish, because it helps me to turn my visions into reality. My computer is my logical side that investigates, collates, and disseminates what I need to grow my knowledge. My computer is a part of me.
So, let’s start out this week by simply remembering that, “There’s no reason not to follow your heart“. Go out there and make something great happen. It doesn’t matter the size of great, because great is always the largest of all. I’m sure that Steve would approve of the thing us misfits do, even if the status quo doesn’t.

Condolences to his family, friends, and anyone who cherished him.
– Thanks @minjae and @marilyn_res (and macessentials on Youtube) for bringing this back into the light again. And thanks My Modern Met for finding the second video.
