This image just makes you gasp in awe. It’s one of the Fine Art winners, Alessandro Belgiojoso, of the 2011 FotoWeekDC contest. But if you go to My Modern Met’s post of many of the winners, then you’ll see some more photographic talent that simply inspires. The eye is a powerful lens to see through, but the camera immortalizes a moment that the eye can only glimpse. This particular moment gave me that same moment of “gasp” that I experienced when seeing the boats approaching Hogwarts scene in the first Harry Potter. Now that’s talent!
