Frustration

Umair describes how I’ve been feeling lately:

Frustration…usually leads to verbal expression when you have the impression that you’re…STUCK. Quicksand. Black hole. Gaping void of nothingness. All trying to gorge themselves upon your delicate dermis. It doesn’t matter who the culprit is or how they are trying to accomplish the pain…physical, mental, or emotional…because it’s all the same. You are hurting. And when you hurt, you vocalize so that those in your immediate vicinity know that you’re suffering.

Sometimes, it’s a groan. Sometimes, it a frustrated word. And sometimes, it’s frustration in the form as seen above. Yep, we all know this word intimately. When we see it, we all get it. And we feel it along with you. Now that’s a powerful sound that manages to draw us together in shared frustration. It’s good to go through it with others who understand. Another way to collaborate emotionally.

And if that doesn’t work, then how about this (some Linkin Park):
