I’ve been hooked onto this song for a while now, because the lyrics are absolutely spot on to what I’ve been feeling lately. Pull The Pin is one of my favorite albums by Stereophonics, and Drowning is my favorite song on the album – which says alot because they’re all so amazing! For some reason, the two lines I pulled out of the song above are the lines that resonate the most with me. In my case, it’s life that is causing the tsunami. But the entire song creates the perfect image of my soul drowning in everything normal.
Whatever you do, don’t let go of your dreams so that you won’t have to relate to this song. It’s painful. It sucks the life out of you. It truly feels like you’re drowning…
