Thought for the day: Fan your flames
I saw this memorable sentiment on the same day that Felix Baumgartner set the world record longest base jump with the Red Bull Stratos team. How appropriate that this amazing thought for the day should have appeared. With the crazy busy schedules that we all have, it is hard to find reasons to set you life on fire. And yet, if you want to make your life meaningful, then this is exactly what you should want to do.
Our world needs more extraordinary people and acts. Not just to break world records, but to break world stagnation. We only move forward when we are inspired. It’s a different feeling to do anything when you are feeling that inspiration coursing through your veins like liquid energy, fanning your flames of creativity.
Go out and find what makes your soul stir. And when you find it, see how you can fit it into your daily life so that your every thought and action makes you FEEL. It’s when your feeling complex emotions that you’re feeling most alive. It doesn’t have to be big. It just has to feel big to you. Because then you’re fanning the flames of your life into the brightest light that will be seen throughout the world.
