This video by Vincent Talleu shows what true love for what you do can look like. Honestly, all I can think is that this guy is the Energizer Bunny on a Red Bull/Monster binge or he’s really, really happy with his work. I tried to do this job for a couple of days because I wanted to do a job that had some artistry to it, and I couldn’t even make it through a few days. The amount of bread that a baker has to make is phenomenally huge. But when you see someone who’s really good at what they do, it’s like being given a gift.
