OK, my jaw hit the floor when I saw the posters by Kevin Tong on Inside The Rock Poster. I’ll talk about them in another post because they deserve their own special coverage.
I was actually drawn in by another poster that he did for Chuck Palahniuk, which was stupendously gorgeous in its own right. But then I went to Kevin’s site and stumbled onto this beauty that he did for an Okkervil River show at the Wiltern. The colors drew me first because of the warmth with such a haunting image. Kevin’s other works are just as intricate and gorgeous, and cover the gamut of entertainment in music, movies, books, travel, and pretty much everything under the sun. Each one needs to be stared at to appreciate them down to their minute details. Seriously, you have to check out his blog to see everything that he’s created. It really is that amazing to behold.
