The Intricacies of Kate Raudenbush

I found an image of this artwork by Kate Raudenbush. It’s called the Braindrop, and is a meditation space for us to reflect on the importance of water for our own evolutionary sustenance. It’s a 17′ structure made of steel, and carved with inspiration from Japanese textiles and Pacific Rim tattoo patterns.

As Kate states, “We are water beings on a water planet called Earth.

Pretty awesome thought inspired by a pretty amazing space, don’t you think?
