Walls Coverings Say Something More

Erwin Kho, a Rotterdam-based illustrator, makes statements with his adorable creations. For example, the image above shows an extract from a wall covering named Roots that depicts the possibilities of how Earth was inhabited by the forced migrations of smaller species to other land masses. It seems like this kind of creative ingenuity can awaken the minds of a child to all sorts of lessons that they’ll choose to seek because of what their eyes see. Erwin realizes that a curious mind can become an awakened mind with just a little push. He’s done many more series just like this one, so go check out his Behance profile page. With as many walls as we surround ourselves with, why not make dual use of even sections of them as storybook pages? After all, a mind is a terrible thing to waste (and so is wall space).
